RESPONSABILITATI

Your responsibilities:
• Organizing, directing and controlling the overall activities of the sales force of the company
• Leadership, good skills in problem solving
• Skills for personnel training, motivating by private example
• Planning and supervising the work of the sales team
• Devised a plan for short and long-term development team
• Prepare reports on the activities of the sales team
• Responsible for applying the company policy and monitor the implementation of targets
• Follow up the orders to suppliers to avoid situation of overstock or out of stock or to avoid situation of goods with zero turn over
• Involve in recruiting sales and administrative personnel
• Establish and follow to achieve annual and monthly objectives to all departments
• Establish an aggressive policy against concurrence
• Identify new channels of distribution


CERINTE

Skills/Qualifications Required:
• Previous experience in FMCG business desirable;
• Fluent written and spoken English language;
• Excellent communicating and writing skills;
• Ability to work in a team, under pressure and cope with deadlines;
• Responsible, loyal, communicative, constructive and energetic person;
• Previous experience in payments services or product management will be considered as strong advantage.
