You will work in an interstate gas pipeline project and you will have following responsabilities:
- Prioritization of work related to development of Decision Support Package
- Develop and contribute to the cost and planning of technical project development activities including change management process
- Assist and support Technical Project Manager in agreed technical areas
- Act as interface between Project Development Team and external Technical Service Providers (TSP)
- Planning and implementation of Quality Assurance, design/document reviews and verification activities of contractor work and TSPs
- Contribute and follow up the technical part of the monitoring plan towards TSPs and Company contractors
- Develop and maintain Company's technical governing documents, with focus on alignment of technical and HSE requirements
- Liaise and align with technical team in country offices
- Participate in Company’s and TSP’s tendering and bidding processes within technical aspects
- Ensure that relevant technical Regulatory and Company requirements are implemented
- Recognized degree of any Technical accredited University
- Mnimum 8-10 years of experience in interstate pipeline development projects, with special emphasis on system definition for gas pipeline transport systems, in pipeline engineering, natural gas related process design and pipeline route selection
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken), any German, Italian, Greek or Albanian knowledge would be a plus
- Natural authority with assertiveness, excellent people skills and proven ability to co-operate across disciplines and across companies in a multi-cultural environment
- Adapting to changing situations and priorities as changes occur within the project organization
- Excellent planner with attention to details
- Proactive, hands on person with the urge to seeking opportunities to improve current processes, systems and methods to promote reliability, quality and efficiency of output
