Operation and Maintenance Manager

For our client, an international Commercial Center located in Constanta, we are looking for a person who would be in charge with the permanent check of the local equipments, installations ( heating, electric, sanitary, ventilation, automatic) through BMS, who can handle any kind of malfunction and quickly resolve it, with a background of mechanical engineer or electrical engineer, with good knowledges in electro-mechanical systems and air conditioning systems, very good knowledge of English, computer skills, experience of a few years in these domains. The suitable candidate will have to coordinate an entire team of maintenance.
