-Leading the local work responsible and monitor their progress of works
- Responsible for safety on site in accordance to the SHEQ policy
- Responsible for environmental protection in accordance to Romanian legislation
- Organisation of the site works including co-ordination of the material flow, the availability of tools, plants and equipment
- Monitoring variations in program relating to site activities, preparing reports and providing documentation for variation proposals with costs where necessary
- Preparation and submission of documentation according to project standards, mainly site reports and status reports
- Ensures quality of the installation on site in accordance to the contractual obligations and the design
- Direct liaison with local suppliers and sub contractors to ensure timely delivery of defined activities on site
- Participation at project meetings in order to organize the interfaces between the company and all other parties involved in this project
- Organisation of working train movements and registration of company¿s activities by writing in the station books.
- Definition and supervision of work packages for provisional works, installation, commissioning and Sub-Contractor activities.
- Training and support for the gang leader, skilled worker and unskilled workers
- Execution of instructions from higher level
- Site Progress reports
- Risk analysis for preparation of Site Specific Method Statements
- Support of commissioning activities of the staff
- Support for the Supervisors
- Electrical engineer with experience in CFR regulations ¿ contact line and traffic
- Knowledge about ¿Instructia LC (§ 353 CFR Regulation)¿
- English in speaking and writing / Standard office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
