· Coordinate derivatives mandate within region covered: Dobrogea and
Moldova;
· Create awareness about ABN AMRO hedging capabilities;
· Leverage local presence to acquire additional flow business;
· Constantly deliver presentation about market developments, forecast,
new products;
· Create awareness about risks involved in company activities;
· Cooperate closely with Relationship Bankers from all branches
mentioned;
· Assure deeper coverage within client base and actively target non-ABN
AMRO clients;
· Keep very close contact with The Head of RTD Bucharest to be aligned
within general derivative mandate led by her/him;
· Solve and address urgently any audit issues resulted from the last
audit report;
Professional qualifications:
· University Degree;
· ACI exams are a plus;
· Presentations, negotiations trainings are a plus;
Job requirements:
· Analytical skills, strong customer focus, result oriented,
competitive, used to perform under stress;
· Derivatives knowledge and/or training is a plus;
· Experience in Treasury/Financial Markets is a plus;
· Good contacts in Dobrogea and Moldova area (Previous derivatives
involvement is a plus);
· Presentation and negotiation skills, open, flexible, team player,
organised, goal driven;
· Driving licence B;
