Contract duration: Unlimited
Location: CONSTANTA
Reports to: Regional Manager
Job scope: The overall purpose of the job is to manage the specific sales activities and the sales team (Presellers, Merchandisers, Delivery Drivers, CLVs).
Job responsibilities:
- Develop the business in the assigned territory;
- Manage the clients business in the assigned territory;
- Follow-up the cash flow;
- Manage the sales force, adapt and implement the company sales strategy;
- Recruit, train, develop the sales team.


CERINTE

Education: University degree
Experience: 3- 5 years previous experience in sales FMCG (multinational company is a plus)/minimum 2 years experience in similar position (within/outside DANONE)
Competencies:
- Ability to achieve results effectively; proactivity and initiative skills;
- Good communication skills, leadership, capability to build high performing teams;
- Determination, flexibility.
PC skills:Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Driving License: B category.
Languages: English language, good level, both written and spoken
