Accountant payable officer (reports to Chief Accountant)
Registering creditors invoices into ABW accounting system -Daily
Matching of invoices with Local Purchase orders - Daily
Responsible for distribution of invoices through ABW accounting system to authorizers - Periodically
Reconciliation of creditor accounts - Weekly
Preparation of creditor accounts - Weekly
Preparation of creditor payments through ABW accounting system - Weekly
Administration of current invoices to and from head office - Periodically
Assist - reconciliation of current accounts - Periodically
Assist - reconciliation of suspense accounts - Periodically
Assist - preparation of intercompany / 3rd. Party recharges - Periodically
Assist - allocation of site overheads to costs centres (cars/housing/etc) – Daily
General administration tasks - Daily
Reconciliation of personal accounts in liaison with treasury officer - Weekly
HR activities:
Preparation of the monthly payroll and compliance with the Romanian labour requirements
Ongoing assistance on HR activities
