Job description:
Passionate with your work, committed to the company as well as creative and tenacious, you will:
- Supervise the maintenance and repair of Foraco fleet
- Actively work with a pool of drilling equipment (LV-HV, mud pumps, drill rigs, air compressors, generators…)
- Implement a/o manage drill site spare parts supply
- Train and manage a team of local mechanics.
In addition to your technical work with our team, you will commit to your work and the company using your creativity and tenacity.
A proposed rotation of (6/3 or 8/4 weeks ON/OFF) in French speaking Sub-Saharan Africa (i.e. Congo, Burkina Faso…)
Profile:
You possess a diploma/certificate specializing in Mechanical Repair with at least 10 years of relevant experience in this domain; and want to be part of a passionate team.
Knowledge of Sub-Saharan Africa is an advantage.
You have competencies in
- light and heavy vehicle
- diesel engine
- hydraulic
- pneumatic
- on-board electricity
French speaking and computer skills are mandatory.
