Job Description:
Main Targets :
Assure continuous product development in the interior area based on customers orders, from the development phase up to the series production
Responsible to build up a functional Low-Cost Development department Interior
Main Tasks :
a) Planning
Contribute to creation budget and investment planning for systems technology, based on the strategic and operative goals.
b) Market Observations
Permanent observations of the market for innovative solutions for product development
Recognize trends and develop innovative ideas and testing oprions, in preparations for strategic decisions
c) Product Development
Ensure resources for the project and the timely creation and distribution of 3D data as well as prompt use of suitable preventive quality methods such as risk filter and design FMEA
d) Support during launch phase and series production
Assure a successful transition of the deliverables into production facility during launch phase
Support production during series in case of design changes based on customer requirements
e) Engineering Quality
Based on project plans assure correct expense calculation for the necessary testing and inspection scope based on customer requirements
Decide on and correctly implement quality actions (risk filter and FMEA’s) based on the test plan
Assure the creation of the necessary documentation (test plan, control plan, etc.) according to the Dräxlmaier quality standards
f) Further responsabilities
Establish and develop working relationship with the global development network
Based on strategy make annual planning of internal resources
Assess performance, guide, develop and motivate direct reports according with Dräxlmaier guidelines and systems.
Technical Studies;
10 years experience in interior product in automotive industry
Project experience
Financial basis knowledge
German language and English language knowledge – advanced
