Your responsibilities:
• Delivery of trainings on Microsoft Office programs (mainly Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
• Preparation of training concept, content and materials
• Technical support to internal departments on Microsoft Office related topics
• Reporting on training topics
• Creation and periodical update of training databases
• Student or university graduate in technological field
• Mastery of one or several Microsoft Office Programs: Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Presentation skills
• Good communication;
• Good practice and understanding of teaching methodology
• Customer orientation;
• Fluent English
• Efficient work style and good teamwork skills
• Ability to handle tasks flexibly
• Willingness to accept responsibility
• Ability to work within a cross-functional team and to operate independently
