A team of process associates will be dedicated to our client’s Accounts Receivables and cash collections that will be in charge of processing transactions.
The purpose for the Team leader position can be summarized as follows:
- Being responsible for the day to day operational management of the team;
- Team Performance, coverage, point of escalation,
- Team and individual assessments, analysis and reporting of performances to different audiences.
- Motivating a team of Process Associates and drive the performance to a good and sustainable level with high customer satisfaction.
- Identify projects, involve team and improve performances.
- Communication with the customer, regular operational mechanisms to discuss team performances and make action plans according to feedback
- University degree
- Availability to travel abroad
- Leadership experience in managing teams
- Good communication skills,
- Analytical skills and experience in supply chain management will be an advantage.
- University degree.
- Excellent French/ Spanish and English language skills spoken as well as written
- Experience in Collections and Cash application
- Previous exposure in an international company
- People management background
- Motivational skills
- Strong MRP/ERP system (SAP highly recommended)
- Proven leadership skills and the willingness to work in a changing environment with flexibility and adaptability.
- Local and international trainings in Netherlands (at least 9 months)
- Being a part of an international team from the very beginning
