· Responsible for project management of migration processes
· Project Planning – estimating timelines, costs, resource requirements and execution
· Monitor project, take corrective actions if needed, report on project progress
· Manage all stages of the migration process
· Ensure seamless transfer of business processes from customer site to receiving site
· Responsible for assessing processes and recommending solution/potential for migration
· Manage relationship with customer
· Team management during transition
· University degree
· 5+ years of experience in finance / customer service / IT / shared service / Supply Chain Management/back office
· Strong project management skills and experience
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Excellent knowledge of English, as well as French / Italian / Spanish / Dutch / German
· Relationship management skills
· Problem solving approach
· Should be open to extensive traveling in various European countries
