• Create the Training Calendar
• Track the attendance and coordinate the completion based on the scheduled courses
• Create classes based on Training Calendar requirements, update attendance
• Responsible for periodical reporting of training attendance
• Coordinate the tracking system and make sure the tracking and reporting practices are implemented
• Coordinate and plan the opening of language classes according to requests
• Manage language classes (initial communication, start class, optimize class, monitor and report attendance, diplomas, etc.)
• Service Agreement (SA) responsibilities: signing, submitting to HR Admin, applying SA upon drop-out with HR Admin
• Deliver several soft skills trainings
• Graduate Degree or equivalent
• Spoken and written business English
• Computer (Microsof Office) / web skills
