• Clarify requirements with clients and plan resources according to customer requirements
• Create, maintain and apply workflows for requested activities
• Track activities and make sure tasks are completed according to client requirements
• Identify potential problems, derive solution possibilities and communicate issues to management and clients in order to achieve agreements on how to resolve issues
• Create documentation on tasks and activities
• Execute laboratory activities (testing, analysis, logistics, etc.)
• Maintain AWP documentation according to requirements
• Maintain and update AWP software systems
• Identifies possible optimizations
• Continuous improvement of processes and documentation
• Identify and highlight bottlenecks in laboratory capacities towards management
• Technical or administrative education
• Administrative or relevant experience in a laboratory, logistics or production (testing, analysis) for at least 6 months preferred in automotive industry
• Testing and analysis methods knowledge
• Relevant experience of product audits

• IT Knowledge: MS-Windows, MS-Office, SAP, and general pc knowledge
