We're looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team in our Nemetos Romania office in Cluj.

For the right candidate this is a great opportunity to work with colleagues and our clients throughout Europe. We deliver high quality .NET based CMS solutions (websites) to our clients in Switzerland and Europe and the position is to manage our support projects.
You will be working in our Nemetos Romanian office with close contact with colleagues from our divisions in Europe. Knowledge of the .NET framework is an advantage. You will receive general PM training and will be required to attend certification courses as a minimum.
Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will manage day to day project related tasks, keep track on overall support project progress, participate in project meetings with Lead Developers, participate in client reporting meetings and perform general project planning.
Project responsibilities include:
• Ability to work with multiproject teams to ensure solutions are delivered ontime and budget.
• Working with project team to develop initial estimates and to manage time/cost against those estimates.
• Creates and maintain a project schedule including activity definition, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration and associated resource requirements.
• Ability to prevent the risks and tell if the deadline can not be fit.
• Setting up measurable delivery targets on all projects
• Making sure clients approve estimates before initiating development
• Report support time usage to clients.
• Help coordinate and plan development resources.
• Setup regular meetings with the support Team
• Go through client support tickets
Your profile
• Have a minimum of 3 years of documented experience as a Project Manager
• Have a relevant degree or equivalent qualifications
• Have Prince 2, Scrum or other Project Management methodology certificates or equivalent qualifications
• Be an excellent communicator with sound organizational skills
• Fluency in English. Other languages would be of advantage.
• Be professional and able to represent our company toward clients
• Be willing and able to learn new technologies and processes
• Be able to work independently as well as in a team
• Have an eye for detail and passion for quality
Applicants who tick one or more of the following will be preferred:
• Strong industry knowledge (IT Project Management)
• .NET based CMS knowledge (Sitecore, Episerver)
• PM Certifications
