On Behalf of his partner, E.ON Business Services, Trenkwlader is looking for specialized persons for the position of Team Leader Accounts Receivable

- Manages employees of Accounts Receivable Team
- Communicating regularly with internal business clients, maintaining good relationships to ensure quality work
- Responsible for in-time and in-quality service delivery of Accounts Payable Team
- Reviews service delivery performance and initiates measures to improve performance of the team
- Executes quality control, approval, and spot checks for the work in the team
- Ensures problem solving for complex issues / questions in the team
- 1+ of experience as a Team Leader (relevant Shared Service Center experience is an advantage)
- Familiar with relevant Accounts Receivable processing
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in an Accounts Receivable process
- University Degree (preferably Economics or Business Administration with major in Accounting)
- Advanced level in English, written and verbal skills
- Minimum B2 level in Czech, written and verbal skills
- Strong people management skills; good command of motivation and team building
techniques
- Very good knowledge of MS Office products, ERP- SAP system command is an important advantage
- Very attentive to details, organized person
