RESPONSABILITATI

- Customer relationship management in a remote type of operation.
- Audit compliance concerning knowledge management, documentation and various policies.
- Ensure Key Performance Indicators are met.
- Minimize Customer issues and concerns proactively.
- Identify and drive process improvement opportunities, projects aligned with business initiatives and customer needs.
- Being responsible for the day to day leadership, daily operational team planning and performance deliverables.
- Ensure the full understanding of the existing company policies among employees.
- Meet and exceed team Key Performance Indicators & targets.
- Recognize and reward individual and team level achievements.
- Act as point of contact for all process/people related escalations.


CERINTE

- Leadership experience in managing teams,
- Good communication skills,
- Analytical skills and experience in supply chain management will be an advantage.
- University degree.
- Excellent English language skills spoken as well as written.
- 2 or more years of experience in business management, supply chain, sales, and/or related fields.
- Background in sales, business management, and/or supply chain, preferred.
- Proven leadership skills and the willingness to work in a changing environment with flexibility and adaptability.
