RESPONSABILITATI

As a System Support Administrator you will be the interface between IT and business users. Your main responsibilities are to solve service requests quickly and to participate actively in incident lifecycles as required by the SLA. You will provide technical assistance to computer users, answer questions or solve computer issues. You will provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, e-mail and operating systems.

What will your responsibilities look like?

Identity management of user account information to Business Core Applications
Maintain and review physical access rights
Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, application software and all configurations
Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations
Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software or other network and system problems and replace defective components when necessary
Design, configure and test computer hardware, networking software and operating system software
Monitor network performance to determine whether adjustments need to be made and also where changes need to be made in the future
Develop training materials and procedures, or train users to properly use the hardware or software
Discuss with the staff, users and management to establish requirements for new systems or changes
Keep inventory of hardware and maintenance records
Understand and follow IT procedures
Continuously identify improvement opportunities and work to optimise platforms, processes, and systems performance
Assist the IT Department and participate in internal projects of the IT department

What abilities do you need?

Telecommunications — Knowledge of transmission, broadcasting, switching, control, and operation of telecommunications systems
Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
English language — Good verbal and written communication skills
Computers and Electronics — Knowledge of mainboards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including office applications
