Manage the technical solutions enabling the smooth operation of Information Systems, in terms of security and performance.
Define the standards and procedures:
• ensure standards and procedures are correctly respected;
• follow up of solution deployment. Reception (assessment) and approval of objectives;
Security Management:
• responsible for maintenance. Ensure problems are solved;
• management of a team of 5 technicians (right skills for the job, training, salary, conditions of work, security/confidentiality, productivity).
About You:
• You will have System’s Administrator Team Leader experience – min 2 years;
• You enjoy picking up new technologies and understanding how systems are glued together;
• You can manage and motivate a team;
• You have outstanding problem-solving skills;
• You need to be able to engage with developers, project managers, and testers;
• You will have an important role within the team and get exposure to numerous technologies.
Experience & Qualifications Required:
Essential:
• BSc in Computer Science or IT related degree;
• Good English language skills;
• 4+ years Linux administration, Windows Server, Security Management;
• Microsoft Exchange, SQL Server Administration, Blackberry, WAN, VPN;
• Proven ability to diagnose and solve complete system-level problems;
Personal Attributes:
• Able to lead and motivate others;
• Able to project manage work and prioritize effectively;
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills;
• Team player;
• Passionate.
