Your responsibilities include the support and administration of a complex Domino infrastructure.
You will need:
University degree in computer science or engineering;
Fluency (professional oral and written skills) in English;
Strong customer orientation;
MCSA or good knowledge of Windows (2000 + XP);
Comprehensive understanding of TCP/IP routing, firewall technology LAN, WAN etc.
Helpful additional requirements include:
Experience with Lotus Notes / Domino is highly desired;
Experience in maintaining complex infrastructures;
Experience with customer contact;
Conscience of high quality standards;
Fluency in German;
Methodological and organizational familiarity with system maintenance and support;
