Subject Matter Expert - corporate F&A practice
Responsibilities:
Financial Health Check
•Planning
•Templates
•Follow up mechanism on open items
Deep dives
•Calendar to be prepared and agreed with Operations - follow up on closing the report out in due time
•Ranking criteria for findings
•Allocation of the GEEN resources
•Deep dive training refresher for GEEN /SME
•Templates for data collection and report out
•Agreement with operations on findings
•Selection of the the most important issues to be resolved
•Presenting the results of the deep dives
Common Minimum Practices (CMP)
•CMP implementation status
•Follow up mechanism to complete the action resulting from gaps identified
Transformation opportunities
•Identify transformation opportunities following deep dives and drive implementation
•Solution proposal
•Involve black belts/quality team in project resolution
•Complete at least 1-2 projects/year with business impact
Solutioning
•Complete transition toolkit training
•Calendar for SOP audits
•Formalize and follow the SOP audit procedure
- University graduate
- 3+ years of experience in finance / shared service environment
- Fluency in English
- Excellent PC skills
- Strong project management skills and experience,
- Excellent communication and presentation skills,
- Relationship management skills
- Problem solving approach
