Responsibilities:
Manage the team to:
- prepare and package devices for delivery
- manage and control the movement of goods inside the warehouse
- order materials necessary for shipping operations
- maintain safety and working condition of required equipment
- maintain minimal scrap and rework levels
Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed in the department
Monitor and control discipline and absence in conjunction with personnel
Drive team working
Assure efficient and effective utilization of human resource in the warehouse
Requirements:
- University Degree
- Experience in managing large teams
- 4 years relevant experience in shipping field
- Strong leadership skills
- Relevant experience in managing and controlling the movement of goods inside the warehouse
