Ensure equipment utilization within area of responsibility in terms of organization. Check volume of order, check consistency of production orders with production documents, if necessary update them.
Assign tasks to employees and cooperate at all work stations. Spot-check equipment parameters
Execute tests, monitor parameters and introduce measures if necessary
Compile testing protocols, if necessary execute retests
Analyze causes of weak points, stop systems if necessary. Consult specialist department if necessary and cooperate in finding causes. Coordinate and execute planned and unplanned maintenance and repair tasks
Clarify technical and organizational features or problems
Suggest measures to optimize work flow
Train and instruct employees. Deploy employees, monitor execution of work. Check results of working process. Ensure compliance with safety procedures. Support employees in improving their working processes
Technical university degree
Experience in high volume/technology manufacturing processes and maintenance, preferably within the automotive industry.
Demonstrate discipline and consistency regarding adherence to standards, policies and procedures.
Ability to delegate, multi-task, to lead groups, and communicate effectively.
High level of teamwork, initiative, organizational and problem solving skills.
Must be willing to work flexible schedules.
