Your responsibilities:
* Organization of operative tasks in the group „physical logistics, goods receipt, warehousing and goods dispatch“ in coordination with group manager
* Direct responsibility for personnel during the shift
o Organization of tasks
o Training of employees
o Ensure 100% accuracy of inventory in warehouse
o Ensure safety in warehouse
o Ensure cleanliness of warehouse
* Ensure on time delivery to our customers
* Ensure delivery of components to production on schedule
* Ensure BOSCH quality targets (error-free logistics)
* Operative tasks
o Unloading of goods in goods receipt zone
o Optical inspection of deliveries to BOSCH for quality issues
o Mark and follow-up quality issues, damaged items
o Re-packing of goods
o Put-away to warehouse
o Material availability to manufacturing milk-run according to material orders
o Packaging availability to manufacturing and goods dispatch according to material orders
o Ensure re-ordering of packaging to external service provider with material order / Kanban card
o Material picking for goods dispatch
o Hand-over of picked material to external service provider for goods dispatch
o Ensure that all working steps are handled according to BOSCH guidelines and work safety instructions
* Experience in warehousing and goods receipt
* Experience as shift-leader in manufacturing and/or logistics
* Willingness to work in shift model (early, late, night)
* 100% reliability
* Good communication skills
* SAP R/3 skills (MM, LE)
* Language skills:
o Romanian: Fluent, mother tongue
o English: Fluent
o German: Optional
