RESPONSABILITATI

Summary:
■Work with IT support to configure and administer the SharePoint Unit Sites.
■Enforce standards when implementing sites, sub-sites, themes, and other features of the environment.
■Understand industry standards and best practices utilizing SharePoint, and provide guidance and advice to organizations on how to effectively meet their needs using these standards.
Main responsibilities:
■Manage intranet sites built on SharePoint 2010 and support the migration to future versions of SharePoint.
■The SharePoint Content Administrator will administer and maintain sites and sub-sites, manage site security, site layout structure and content, and system security.
■Utilize in-depth understanding of the capabilities of SharePoint 2010, SharePoint templates (site and list templates), web parts development, workflow and content management.
■Deploy SharePoint solutions that integrate with other 3rd party solutions and custom applications.
■Apply document and content management expertise to establish and help to organize and manage documents within controlled libraries.
■Implement policies to facilitate proper document management, storage and control, and ensure new policies and updates are communicated to the appropriate stakeholders and business users.
■Provide the appropriate level of business analysis and business process understanding in order to assist various levels of the organization in leveraging the most effective methods of SharePoint utilization to support their activities.
■Provide first level support to resolve technical issues.
■Collaborate with other SharePoint Subject Matter Experts within the organization to ensure proper management and governance of SharePoint instance, in accordance with the Sharepoint Governance Plan


CERINTE

■IT background or study
■Knowledge of SharePoint or Similar Portal based solutions
■Basic understanding of SQL and Databases
■Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, XML and XSL, scripting
■Excellent customer service orientation and organizational skills
■Strong interpersonal skills and good ability to collaborate with others across different departments.
■Good English skills, both verbally and in writing.
Optional skills:
■Knowledge of Bussiness Processes
■Experience with Windows Server 2008
■SharePoint Desigener 2010
■ASP / .Net
■Experience with IIS Administration, Workflows, PowerShell, and JavaScript Perl
