RESPONSABILITATI

- Service Portal administration, support, programming and testing;
- development of Siemens Portal Business Packages;
- working with Service and Support Tools;
- Service & Support Processes: incident management, application integration management, transport management, change and release management;
- user administration, management and authentication: analysis of users tickets and call processing;
- portal authorization, service configuration, permissions, personalization, portal services,
web services, navigation services;
- keeping contact with the service portal users to assure the quality of the products.


CERINTE

Requirements:
- university degree in IT or relevant field;
- knowledge in SAP NetWeaver and/or MS SharePoint Solutions;
- experience with IT administration;
- good knowledge in Web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, Java Script, Web 2.0);
- knowledge of networking technologies (Intranet, Internet, Firewalls, Network protocols, TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL);
- basic knowledge in Java, J2EE;
- advanced English language knowledge is mandatory;
- German language knowledge is an advantage;
- precise working style, good analytical skills, structured error analysis;
- client oriented attitude, good communication skills, ability to work in a team.
