Project Description:

This is a Group position that gives you the opportunity to maintain, extend and improve the internal support service in Endava to support continuous organic growth. You will be working closely with the business and service supplier representatives to define the SLA, service catalogue, service KPIs, policies and track service delivery. Administrative activities are also required to successfully deliver the service. This is a high profile position in Endava as key interface between Endava and the support service providers.

- Responsible with SLA and service catalogue maintenance for standard support service
- Responsible to define and maintain the commercial project support service catalogue and engagement model
- Ensures service KPIs are met and acts as an escalation point for any service delivery issues
- Defines and implements IT policies and service processes
- Business owner for the support service website, ensure content is regularly updated to reflect service changes
- Responsibility in controlling the risk associated with IT licensing, IT security and IT business continuity
- Works closely with Group IT Manager in representing business for change requests implementation
- Works closely with Group IT Manager and Customer Service Manager to ensure overall satisfactory service delivery


CERINTE

o Skill set (required)
- Very good written and spoken English
- Very good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with computer personnel, users, and other staff who may have no technical background
- Management of customer relationships, expectations and definition of service levels
- Experience with IT service management
- Experience in change and conflict management
- Good negotiation skills and experience in dealing with suppliers
