RESPONSABILITATI

• Coordinate a team of up to 10 staff on specific projects by providing direction and purpose
• Report on the team results against the desired KPI’s and action upon any threat in not meeting the results
• Be a coach for the team and coordinate training according to needs
• Motivate the team and get the buy-in towards the team goals
• Facilitate communication to all stakeholders on behalf of the team


CERINTE

• Experienced in working on a Client Services Team Leader position
• Fluent in English (at least C1)
• Fast learner, with strong problem solving skills
• Motivated, responsible, team player, having very good communication skills
• Open to work with very demanding customers, leaders in their industries, and deliver to tight deadlines
• Familiar with computer hardware and software
