What will your role be?

This role presents a great opportunity to work for a growing, global IT Service provider. The role holders will be involved in delivering outstanding customer service in a dynamic and fast paced environment where they will be working with leading companies and the latest technologies.

• Experience an international and fast paced environment
• Participate in IT trainings, for becoming an agile computer user
• Communicate with customers in a customer led environment
• Work in a shift-pattern schedule
• Participate in training relevant for you - at least 6 days/ year
• Have fun with your colleagues

• Fast learner, with strong problem solving skills
• Motivated and very good team-player
• Fluent in English and one of the following languages: Italian, German, French or Spanish.
• Open to technologies: even if you don’t have previous experience in IT field
