Developing and implementing resourcing and selection strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool.
Ensuring that the required resources are available and relevant parties are able to review or interview candidates as planned.
Identifying active and passive candidates by effectively using social media, networking with top people, using search engine marketing techniques, consistently obtaining great employees referrals.
Evaluating skill level, conduct efficient and professional selection process, and drive offer process, salary recommendations and negotiations, and closing of candidates.
Communicating effectively with the hiring managers and talent management and recruitment team to ensure preparedness during the selection process. Share and exchange information with all stakeholders.
Getting involved in different Talent Management and Recruitment projects organized in 4 work streams: Recruitment and Work Force Planning; Performance Management and Succession Planning; Career Path; Learning & Development.
Minimum qualifications:
BA/MA degree
At least 3-4 years previous recruiting experience in the IT field;
Existing network in the IT industry
Preferred qualifications:
Good knowledge of IT market and recruitment channels;
Good knowledge and experience of the recruitment practices and process;
Ability to work in a team environment and managing stakeholders;
Very good English, written and spoken;
Strong communication and presentation skills, with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy;
PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point).
