- General accounting tasks, Asset Accounting and Cost Accounting;
- Perform the closing and month end reporting under very tight deadlines;
- Close & Reconcile sub ledgers: AP, AR, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Bank Accounts;
- Analyze and book recurring, reclassification and allocation of journal entries as per instructions from the business;
- Book accruals and provisions received from the client;
- Prepare and send Hyperion reports to corporate;
- Complete relevant management reports;
- Prepare and send consolidation report to Corporate;
- Preparation of working papers for VAT return;
- If necessary deal with responding to questions from the Fiscal authorities.
- Accounting qualification followed by several years of general accounting experience;
- More than 5 years experience as General Ledger accountant or Financial Reporting Analyst;
- Good command of English and Dutch/German/Slovakian/Czech/Portuguese or Italian;
- Computer literate;
- Good communication skills;
- Advanced Excel;
- Good knowledge of IFRS;
- Accurate, communicative, team player, energetic;
- Customer oriented;
- Ability to work with minimal supervision;
- Motivated to work on complex accounting;
- Available to travel abroad.
