-main telephone/switchboard
-general administration: correspondence, offers, order confirmations, internal orders, handling of software validations, editing contracts, preparation/booking of business trips, coordination with EPLAN Austria
-collection of all receipts for bookkeeping
-research of addresses/contacts from internet and other sources + qualification of data (correct contact person, (later also) identification of EPLAN requirement)
-sending out brochures/information material to contacts + frequent follow-up by phone/email
-preparation of exhibitions including active participation (organization, support on booth, collection of leads + entering data in ACT, follow-up)
-preparation of other events, customer training sessions
-telesales: preparation of phone/email actions including active customer contact, entering of data and follow-up
-translation of article
Experience of working in an administration or customer service role
Good communication, negotiation, process and co-ordination skills
Competent with Microsoft Office programs, specially Word and Excel
Fluent written and spoken English is a must
Demonstrate high level of customer focus,

Presentable person, organized and mindful to details
