Current or future IT graduates with technical backgrounds are hired for 2 months of intensive technical and soft skills trainings. The work assignments and training are designed to provide exposure to the entire Application management lifecycle while working in a friendly and international environment increase hands-on IT experience with Endava’s diverse international clients.
The suitable participants will later on be offered a full time position within Endava.
AM was created to provide services to our international customers for maintenance and enhancement of live production applications. These could either be applications that have been developed by Endava, themselves or third parties.
The AM Discipline is focused on defining and continually improving processes to provide high quality services to our customers for their production applications.

Mandatory skills:
Self motivated and self organized
Problem solving and customer oriented
Have good written and verbal communication skills in English
Excited about new challenges and being exposed to clients
Basic knowledge in software development (OOP languages)
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript
Passionate about web
Interested in working with multiple technologies
Adaptable and eager for continuous challenges and improvement
Aware about Windows OS
Desirable skills:
Knowledge of web servers, networking, production environment
Customer care attitude
Proactivity
