Promoting and selling Light Compaction and Concrete (LCC) Equipment in the allocated region;
Developing and maintaining retailers’ network for distribution of LCC equipment;
Focusing on direct sales - visiting road construction and contractor companies and industries;
Supporting customers in daily activities and in their daily challenges;
Organizing demonstrations on jobsites;
Constantly improving the market share;
Active participation to marketing activities (campaigns, roadshows, exibitions, events);
Supporting and sharing information about the market, customers, competition and other players with the sales team, the product specialist and the business line manager.
Degree in Engineering - mandatory;
Technical background;
Minimum 6-12 months of experience in selling technical products;
Ability to build and maintain good relationship with customers;
Fluent in English;
Active and self-motivated person;
Self-driven;
Team player;
Results oriented;
Good communications skills;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
