RESPONSABILITATI

• Lead the set-up and ongoing day-to-day administration of the new office
• Manage the small sales team
• Formulate and achieve account growth plans
• Achieve and exceed targets and activity levels, as agreed with the Senior Management Team
• Secure/install long-term contracts
• Provide accurate forecast information
• Develop client relationships and a high standard of customer service
• Maintain an understanding of customers’ marketplace, customers and competitors
• Manage customer satisfaction and profitability
• Build a strong understanding client portfolio of services in order to effectively cross-sell
• Provide accurate weekly reporting to the management team
• Maintain sales tracking via internal CRM system


CERINTE

• Experience managing a small team within a larger company
• At least 3 years experience in a client facing role, preferably in sales or account management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of initiative
• Strong team player
• Ability to work effectively with internal teams in different countries as well as your own
