The Safety Trainer will provide ES&H training and communication material to the Project as required.
He or she will be expected to perform following duties:
- Providing and reviewing/revising Health, Safety and Environmental Orientation
- Developing and presenting Periodic Training, Toolbox Talks and other specific material as required.
- Identifying through training needs analysis, the requirements of ES&H training for all project personnel
- Maintaining (with project assistance) appropriate licenses of staff required to conduct training under Romanian law
- Helping to develop, with other team members, additional training programs as identified by Romanian law and the project.
- Ensuring the running and scheduling of the efficient Safety Training Program.
- Ensuring the Tool Box Talks (TBT¿s) are developed and disseminated on a weekly basis.
- Trending the results of completed TBT¿s to ensure compliance with the project program
- Monitoring STARRT program
- Monitoring JSA¿s
- Assisting in other HSE duties as assigned by the ES&H Manager
Candidate must possess strong team building skills and advanced writing/verbal skills in both languages, Romanian and English.
