Reporting in the monthly based reports,
Preparing current forecasts and business plan of the KPIs: profit and loss (OVC), EBIT, Investment, Headcount, inventories, free cash flow, total coverage time, plan balance etc.
Preparing overhead and budget controlling for the Plant: cost centers and cost elements planning, plan-actual analysis, reporting of primary costs;
Process owner on UG process, UE process,
Owner of COPA & result controlling
Administration of product hierarchy and profit center structure in SAP
Preparing reviews for monthly reviews to the profit and loss situation
Preparing price and cost analysis (for internal & external business);
Supporting transferprice processes.
Degree: mandatory in Business, Economics or Informatics. Studies in Economical Informatics would represent an asset;
At least 3 years experience in Controlling;
Excellent IT skills – know-how in MS Office (incl. MS Access), SAP: FI, CO, COPA;
Language skills: fluent in English – mandatory; German language skills would represent an asset;
Independent professionally, interested and flexible.
