- business development for Cluj area; search for clients interested in recruitment and HR consultancy services
- promote VON Consulting services to prospect clients in Cluj and surrounding areas
- advertise and search for the positions he/she is recruiting for
- interview selected candidates and draft interview reports
- maintaining a close contact with agency's clients
- introducing the resumes in the company's database
- manage all flow of recruitment from the job description until the hiring of the candidates
- participate in job shops and other events for representing the agency and/or collecting resumes
- graduate of Psychology/Sociology/Economics/ Technical
- minimum 2 years experience in recruitment, client relationship/sales
- medium to fluent English
- a young and enthusiastic person that would like to develop in human resources field
- ability to negotiate and create long term relationships with clients
- persuasive and ambitious person
- very organized
- team player, self-starter
