As a R&D Software Developer SQL you will be responsible to:
Take part in the process of planning, designing and developing new products/functionalities under the direct supervision of the R&D Manager;
Create prototypes and demos;
Use your creativity to define technical solutions for complex issues;
Take into account high qualitative standards;
Participate at different IT Technology events.
Our ideal candidate must have:
At least 3 years of experience in database development
University degree (IT background is a must)
Very good knowledge of SQL Server
Proven experience in database design
Good knowledge of at least one of the following: Oracle, MySQL , Vertica, Informix, DB2
Experience on High Availability and Failover techniques
Database optimization experience
Good knowledge of OLAP technology
Good knowledge of algorithms and data structures
Writing and verbal communication skills in English
The following represent a plus:
Basic knowledge of MDX
Knowledge of Integration Services, Reporting Services
Knowledge of Analysis Services
Knowledge of C#, Microsoft .Net technologies and/or Java
Knowledge and/or experience in Agile software development
