•Analyses the offer requests
•Verifies the documentation from the client and clarifies the possible unclear points
•Analyses the project and identifies the elements that need to be produced.
•Makes proposals – if it is necessary -for changing the technical solutions according with the specifications and company possibilities.
•Calculates the consumptions generated by the elements requested by the client.
•Makes the production cost calculation for the elements in the specific program.
•Makes the offers for the clients.
•Participates at the contracts negotiations
•Follows up the job from the contract signature until the receiving of money
• Analyses the project costs comparative with the ones estimated at the contract signature.
•University degree: Construction University
•Previous sales experience
•Familiar with contract management (clauses, legal terms, financial conditions)
•Communicative, outgoing, negotiation abilities
•Hungarian is a plus
•The position is located in Tg. Mures
