RESPONSABILITATI

• Clarification of project & customer requirements and measureable targets (schedule, budget, project team, product cost & quality targets, review board)
• Getting the project contract approved, organizing and moderating project kick-off
• Structuring the project (work breakdown structure, budget and target breakdown, RASIC, task dependencies, interfaces, project communication & meetings)
• Analyzing the project risks and defining an adequate risk management
• Applying for budget approval (investment calculation / approval request / IIIa form)
• Managing the identified risks and changes with adequate tools and escalating actively and in-time
• Controlling and tracking the achievement of defined targets (incl. Defining early indicators for risks for target achievement, product cost / budget / quality deviations, delays)
• Organizing the project documentation (BOM transfer, FMEA/CP, BPS, routings, line layout, lessons learned from other plants, QGC/QGR systematics)
• Organizing the production preparation (MAE and process release, SLP, EWAK and 0-series, PPAP, production and delivery release, capacity evaluation)
• Aligning project milestones and launch preparation with CljP organization (NAS meetings, project review status)
• Managing project crises
• Managing suppliers and customers (supplier: selection, ordering, release; customer: plant release, release requirements, audits)
• Regular reporting to review board and CljP project reviews
• Organizing final project evaluation, project audit, lessons learned, documentation, final review
• Handing over the complete documentation to the plant organization
• Reporting and performing special tasks


CERINTE

• Engineering / Physics university degree
• Experience in project management
• Experience in leading and coordination of projects, manufacturing of series production in automotive industry
• Knowledge about problem-solving methods
• English - advanced
