Job description
As a Project Manager you will:
- be integrated in the Endava Romania Project Management practice;
- run one to five projects on daily basis;
- be involved with one or more Extended Teams for UK projects, so English is very important, both spoken and written;
- be responsible for overall people management and productivity in the Delivery Center (Cluj or Iasi);
- manage multiple IT projects in Endava Delivery Centre (Cluj or Iasi) with components from the fields of Software Development, Software Testing and Application Support;
- have a crucial role in project bidding and planning and then in insuring the projects' delivery on time, on budget and according to customer's specifications and desired level of quality;
- prepare periodic reports, progress, status or other special reports for management;
- participate in staff evaluation process;
- participate or lead specific Process Engineering groups.
Requirements
Mandatory skills:
• Considerable active experience in IT, preferably in development;
• Significant active experience as Project Manager in structured teams;
• Very good understanding of the entire Software Development Life Cycle;
• Very good understanding of project management methods, processes and standards;
• MS Office Project / MS Project Server experience;
• Able to command respect from management and colleagues;
• Very good written and spoken English communication skills;
Desirable skills:
• Experience in managing multiple projects, of multiple types (T&M, FP);
• Project Management certifications;
• PMBOOK, PRINCE, Agile/SCRUM methodology knowledge.
