- Analyse the production capacity of the subcontractors and prepare the contracts, according to the terms negotiated by the Plant Manager
- Establish and follow up of the subcontractors regarding the delivery terms and the quality standards that were agreed upon
- Organise the transport together with the Plant Manager, identifying the most efficient route in terms of costs and delivery time
- Prepare the shipments and supervise delivery (from the factory to the subcontractors and to the clients), maintaining the contact with the transport companies or courriers during the shipment
- University degree
- At least 2 years experience in planning
- Technical knowledge in garments is a plus
- English knowledge, advanced level
- Advanced PC knowledge (MS Office-Excel)
- Assertive and proactive person, with good organization, and planning skills
