RESPONSABILITATI

The Product Quality Manager promotes quality practices and methods globally or throughout a Business Group. Takes the lead in short term plan deployment for a specific quality area in line with the product/competence area, program or site.

Key tasks:
- Creates short term quality plans, manages implementation and influences management team on the quality issues;
- Identifies, initiates, follows up corrective actions within own area and Acts as advocate for the customer in terms of requirements, feedback, customer satisfaction & loyalty;
- Ensures quality readiness for new product launches, manages Quality Verification process and provides quality reports to launch team;
- Assesses material, product, and process quality gaps, conducts risk assessment, and identifies & communicates actions to close gaps;
- Facilitates meetings to review quality findings with management and other key groups;
- Obtains and shares build quality information with other Nokia sites;
- Compares quality scorecards, acts towards benchmark results and cooperates in local and global quality management projects.

Adecco is recruiting for one of its clients, in the telecommunication field, a Product Quality Manager.

The ideal candidate should have:
- 8-12 years relevant experience;
- Recognised expert in their field (depth & breadth) and degree;
- Good communication skills in English (written and oral);
- Can analyze, develop and implement concepts and solutions as a subject matter expert with increased awareness and involvement;
- Capable of dealing with managerial tasks, he/she is responsible for the design and development of policies, plans and programs.
