• Define and keep CljP standard regarding TEF8 – 14 Q principles,
• Definition of machine specification
• Ensure TEF8 best practice roll-out for Principle 4 -Process parameter in order to achieve a 1st or 2nd scoring based on evaluation form
•Create work instructions
•Ensure support for the roll-out of the other 14 Q principles
•Support in production Point-CIPs and series production support teams (including support with issues on yield, quality, delivery, cycle time, failure analysis)
•Responsible to implement, train and create documentation for implementation of new databases and systems like password, tool, JIRA management etc.
•Participation and support on process audits and partially on customer audits
•Achieve KPI targets for TEF8
•Support and educate process technicians, maintenance technicians and line setters
•Mechanical / electromechanical Engineering (post highschool / University degree)
•Very good knowledege of IPC requirements for SMT and THC
•Experience manufacturing of series production in automotive industry, optical inspection systems, it-systems, network, mechanical design, pneumatic, electrotechnic; statisical methods, preparation of machine specifications, lean production systems, ergonomic workplace design
•Experience in preparation of documentation for production
•Experience in FMEA, control plan
•Experience in preparation of documentation for production
•Licensed / certified in the technical field
•Confident usage of MS Office tools, SAP
•Methods of problem solving
•Good communication skills
•English – advanced
