RESPONSABILITATI

• Supervision of technical processes for Final Assembly
• Define technical processes and manufacturing equipment, support sourcing
• Provide programming of machines and process parameters
• Starting up new machines, equipment and workplaces
• Preparation of technical approval and release
• Support start of production, ramp-up and running series
• Optimize processes to increase quality and utilization, by use of statistical methods as statistic process control (SPC)
• Provide manufacturing instructions and documentations


CERINTE

• Degree in technical study, such as mechatronics, mechanical engineering, precision engineering, electrical engineering, material engineering, physics or similar
• Preferably experience in electronic manufacturing, ideally within automotive area
• Knowledge within Lean Production
• Knowledge in quality methods, such as 6-Sigma, FMEA and within technical statistics
• IT knowledge: MS-Office, SAP R/3, eventually programming of machine controls (PC or PLC)
• English advanced
• Ability to work in a team
• Very good communication skills
