RESPONSABILITATI

As an Payroll Specialist you play a crucial role ensuring the payroll activities for Romanian and foreign (EU) iQuest colleagues are being performed on time at company’s standards.

This will offer you the chance to use both your highly appreciated specific payroll knowledge and your high performer soft skills in prioritizing and fulfilling payroll tasks.

What will your responsibilities look like?

Handle the payroll activities for iQuest colleagues from inside and outside Romania
Salary calculations for iQuest colleagues
Preparation of hiring documents
Manage the REVISAL process
Manage the vacation days process
Manage the employees files


CERINTE

Must haves:

Specific payroll knowledge
Basic accounting knowledge
REVISAL process knowledge
Proactive and team player attitude
Prioritization skills
Very good communication skills
Problem solving skills
Nice to have:

Specific international (EU) payroll knowledge
Language skills:

Fluency in English (min. C1 level)
German skills (min. B2 level) – are highly appreciated but not mandatory
What experience do you need?

3-5 years experience in payroll, preferably for EU countries
