RESPONSABILITATI

Works very closely with the Finance Team, HR and payroll colleagues to deliver the Payroll process for Endava Romania and Endava UK
High level accounting tasks for Endava Romania: payroll management, monthly import from Asis to SAGE.
Monthly Payroll journals to Oracle
Supports Payroll data requirements for Romania Grant applications
Delivers payroll services across Endava Romania and Endava UK as part of small Payroll team within SSC Finance
Responsible for maintaining and performing financial controls for Payroll
Works with Endava HR Colleagues to ensure payroll data is up-to-date
Works with Outsourced UK Payroll provider to provide inputs and clarifications as required
Works with Group finance towards delivering a Faster Close for monthly reporting and to support Payroll related forecasting
Responsible for reviewing the quality of Payroll reporting & improving with SSC Finance as agreed


CERINTE

Mandatory skills
2+ years of experience in a similar role
University degree in the Finance field
Excellent knowledge of Romanian payroll legislation
Excellent IT skills with knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Previous experience of working with Payroll and Finance systems
Knowledge of Romanian payroll accounting, Romanian legislation and Tax Law
Very good English skills
Desirable skills
Previous exposure to international companies
UK payroll experience
