RESPONSABILITATI

Job role - order management and post-order customer relations management

Responsibilities:
- Enter & process customer orders into the MRP system;
- Expedite orders to factories and to outside suppliers;
- Inform customers and sales of orders status updates;
- Shipping documentation to the customers;
- Instruct the shipping department on delivery of customer orders;
- File order documentation as per agreed standards;
- Issue invoices & credit notes if required;
- Update Management regarding expected sales;


CERINTE

- University degree;
- 2 years experience in Accounting, Logistics, or Order Administration Department;
- Proficient in use of Windows Programs and MRP systems;
- Fluent in Italian and English;
- Prioritizing, planning & organizing skills;
