Main responsibilities will involve:
- Organization of work activities of managers and traders within the EU countries, their leadership, motivation and overall support - communication in English
- Solving problems while making business. Communicate about them with managers and businessman, giving advices and solutions
- Managing and leading managers and salesmen in order to increase sales.
- Entering advertisements on portals available in each country to choose co-workers to the business team.
- Adding advertisements on web portals available in each country to choose co-workers for the business team.
- Organizing the selection and recruitment of potential co-workers for your own team by phone, by Skype
- Warehouse management
- Proceeding administration relevant according the job title, daily reporting
- Executing tasks required for the business group running, as translations and other tasks ordered by supervisors.
Experience in business
- Experience with the selection and leading of Sales representatives
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Organizational and communication skills
